CASA Construction is a Ballito based construction company headed up by Piet Viljoen. He has been in the construction industry since 2004 and has been involved in numerous projects ranging from multi-storey apartments & multi- unit residential developments, to many luxury upmarket homes. He has also undertaken large extensive home alterations, completely transforming old structures into new, modern buildings.
In recent years CASA Construction has been specializing in the luxury home market and has gained a wealth of knowledge in home automation, green building technology and numerous other specialized home technology systems and finishes.
Taking immense pride in our work, we do not accept sub-standard workmanship, and permanently supervises work on site with his foremen. The CASA team is passionate hardworking crew that consists 16 multiskilled guys that does from general site work, to carpentry and specialized wall coatings. We are obsessed with precision, quality neatness and take great care in protecting our work and finishes daily. This allows us to always make a big deal of the handover evening when we present our clients with a beautiful new home!
